Dispatch Timeline
Orders are dispatched within 2 days from the order date, Monday to Friday (excluding Indian public holidays).
Delivery time varies from 2 to 7 working days from dispatch based on your location.

Delivery Timeline (Approximate)
– Tamil Nadu: 2 to 3 business days via ST courier
– Other States in India: 6 to 7 business days via INDIA POST couriers
Note: Delivery times for northern regions may be extended by an additional 3 to 4 days.
In rare cases, delivery time may vary based on factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, shipping address, etc.
Address information
In cases where incorrect or insufficient contact information or addresses are provided, product will be hold and dispatch will be delay.
To avoid delays, please ensure your mobile number, Address, Pincode and State are accurate before placing the order. If we are unable to reach you via phone or Whatsapp , we will send an email to initiate contact
If the address , pincode and phone number is incorrectly given by customer, In case the order is returned to our facility due to non-delivery issues at the customer’s end, shipping charge should be paid by customer to send it back(refund not available in this case).
We do not encourage a change in the delivery address once the order is dispatched. It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the proper details of the address to successfully deliver the order. Liveshade is not responsible if a wrong address input leads to the non-delivery of the order.
We are not responsible if the package remains undelivered after sharing the OTP with the delivery person without receiving the parcel in hand.
Large product orders may be shipped in multiple packages, which might be delivered at different times. Please check your order tracking for details.
Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the following workday.
Products cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Please be advised that the order may go undelivered in case of a delivery attempt failure at the customer’s end.
In case the order is returned to our facility due to non-delivery issues at the customer’s end, shipping charge should be paid by customer to send it back(refund not available in this case).
All our products are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with, please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper-proof condition, and we will be unable to fulfil any exchange or refund request.kindly contact us immediately (whatsapp or email us)

Couriers are third-party services, and we do not have full control over them. If you do not receive your product within the expected timeline, please Whatsapp us at for assistance.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Once product is delivered, we accept only an exchange of products within 24 hours from date of delivery, only in case there is a significant difference in the products ordered from the products delivered like wrong colour, wrong size or damaged product (Applicable for customers who ordered one and received different one Only). Please note: Slight color variations may occur due to color theory differences in cameras. These are not considered defects. We do not offer returns or exchange
Unpacking video is mandatory for all claims related to damage or missing items. This video will serve as proof.
Contact our support team with an image and unpacking video showing the defective or damaged area.
Once confirmed by us, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
After sending the return parcel, share the courier receipt with us, and we will reimburse the shipping charges.(upto 100 only)
Please note, that we do not offer courier pick-up services
Steps For Returning An Item
Contact our team within 24 hours of delivery.
Ensure the product is in its original condition (unused, unaltered, and unsoiled).original packaging, folding and tags all should be in original condition to accept any exchange
Package the item securely, neatly and send it to the return address provided by our team.
Exchange/replacement shipping will be processed only after the original item passes the quality check (unused & unwashed) with the product tags intact.
We strictly DO NOT EXCHANGE if the product is not in good condition.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund/ exchange process. This typically takes 2 working days
cancellation policy
Upon order confirmation, a 1-hour cancellation window is available, during which you can cancel your order,
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the amount minus the non-refundable 5% payment gateway charges will be processed to refund within 1–3 working days after the cancellation request. As refunds are credited via Payment Gateway you had paid to, in some circumstances, it might take up to 7 working days.
Once the cancellation window is closed, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Cancellation post-shipment:
Cancellation is not possible once the order is shipped from our end. Orders are consider to be In-transit & Can not be stopped or re-directed.
Refunds
In case we initiating the refund, your bank may take an additional 1 to 3 business days to process the refund. Please note that transaction charges/payment gateway charges/refund charges will be deducted from the amount you paid. Payment gateway charges 5% of the transaction amount, depending on the mode of transaction used.
Important Notes
Since, we don’t have a provision to pickup the delivered products back. kindly send it back to the below address through any courier available in your region and send us the courier slip and we will pay you back the courier charges (Upto Rs. 100 Only). only for damage items received
Size Exchange
If there is a size issue, only exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:
Contact our support team within 2 days of delivery.
we don’t have pickup option you have to send courier to the given address by the support team
Courier charges for sending the parcel back will be paid by the customer.
Kindly make sure the Product and its Packaging should be in its original condition (should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled). If there is any issue with the size then the courier charges has to be completely taken care by the customer only.(mostly we don’t do exchange for Sizes),original packaging, folding and tags all should be in original condition to accept any exchange
